Jamie Lee Curtis on Friday more bizarre and what Lindsay Lohan taught him

Jamie Lee Curtis says that she learned a lot from Lindsay Lohan from her meeting for “Freaker Freading Friday”, the very buzzed “Freaky Friday” of 2003.

“She taught me so much,” said Curtis VarietyThursday, I am Marc Malkin at Las Culturistas Culture Awards at the Los Angeles Theater Theater. “She has her team, where her two people would be held on each side of a camera holding a great light. It is Lindsay Lighting – which would have been a good brand – they have lights so that we are better. So I already learned a lot. We have spent a good time. We love each other.”

The original film, based on Mary Rodgers’ novel in 1972 of the same name, follows the mother-daughter duo Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan). The new story presents a “multi -generational turn” which presents Anna as a mom.

“It’s a film for today,” said Curtis about the second episode. “It is a happy, nostalgic, funny, sweet, sincere and sincere Disney film at the end of the summer. There were not many films for women, and it’s a love letter to every mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and girl.”

Curtis and Lohan will be joined by the members of the Chad Michael Murray distribution, Mark Harmon, Christina Vidal Mitchell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, Stephen Tobolowsky and Rosalind Chao. In addition, the star of “The Acolyte” Manny Jacinto, “Never I Every” Breakout Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Sophia Hammons and Julia Butters will also appear in the suite.

Andrew Gunn, who produced the first film, produced the continuation alongside the former Disney executive, Kristin Burr, with a script by the creator of “Dollface” Jordan Weiss. Nisha Ganatra directed the film. Curtis, Nathan Kelly, Ann Marie Sanderlin and Lohan also serve executive producers.

“Freaker Friday” is in the halls of August 8.

Curtis also talked about his recent and second Emmy appointment for his work as Donna on “The Bear” after his victory last year. “I can’t believe it,” said Curtis, adding: “It’s just magnificent. It’s a beautiful show and I’m delighted to be part of it. I love it. I’m a fan of the show. I was a fan of the beginning and I therefore like the stories they tell and the characters they create.”

As for the possibility of a Donna spin-off, Curtis insisted: “never, never”.

A few hours before the carpet of Las Culturistas Culture Awards, it was announced that the program “The Late Show” by Stephen Colbert was canceled. “It’s bad,” proposed Curtis. “I am delighted that I have been in his show for about two weeks. I have never been on his show. I really like him. He is intelligent and funny and an adorable man. It’s horrible.”

Las Culturistas Culture attributes on August 5 to Bravo and the next day on Peacock.
